Returns and Exchanges
Refund policy
We want you to love your furniture from EDEN HOME collections and offer a 14-day return policy for all in-stock items. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original new condition, entirely unused, with all tags still attached, and in original packaging/boxes. A standard 20% restocking fee, delivery and payment processing charges will be witheld from all returns, without exclusions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without initiating a return with our support team first will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please note it is your responsibility to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you discover any manufacturing defects or damage, please send us clear photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our production is carefully inspected in order to provide clients with high quality of all furniture pieces.
Any damages not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted.
Please note that our after-sales team reserves the right to approve or deny a refund or exchange request, depending on particular circumstances and evidence provided.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: all custom-ordered and pre-order items, sale, and clearance items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where a purchase was made with a gift card.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and we are not able to influce this timeline.
